Make sure to verify your email when prompted this confirms your account and keeps it secure. Once verified, log in to your dashboard to manage your number, explore plans, and place orders easily.

FAQs

Can I use WhatsApp with my parked phone?

Yes, but only if you registered your phone number with WhatsApp before porting your phone number over to us. Also be aware that once you have ported your phone number with us, you will not be able to change the device your WhatsApp is on.

Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts?

No! We keep our pricing completely transparent. There are no hidden fees, surprise surcharges, or unexpected costs. What you see is what you pay. The price listed for each plan already includes all the features that come with it, whether it’s a personal or business plan. Any optional add-ons, like extra minutes or custom services, are always clearly listed so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

Can I port the number away from Park My Phone?

Yes, this is your number, so you can port it anywhere you wish at any time. You must notify us that you intend to port your phone number in order for us to stop charging you. Please read further for answers regarding payments and refunds.

Is there a minimum period that I must pay?

Yes. For US numbers parking landline, toll free and cell phone numbers we have a 6 months minimum payment requirement. With faxes and Canadian numbers, this requirement is one year (12 months). However, if you selected the 12 months prepaid discounted offer you will not receive any refund. Porting your number involves both direct expenses and is labor intensive. Your first annual payment will cover the cost of porting your number AND your first 12 months of service. You can port your number away from us any time you choose (after the first 30 days), but this payment is not refundable.
