What happens when someone calls my parked phone?
With our Deep Freeze plan, all incoming callers will hear a pre-recorded message stating that the number is parked with Park My Phone, but other plans are also available depending on your needs.
For example, we offer voicemail plans that let callers leave messages after calling your parked phone, while we also offer call forwarding plans to seamlessly transfer incoming calls to any working number of your choosing.
Can I port the number away from Park My Phone?
Of course! Whenever you park a number with Park My Phone, it is still your number, so you can port it anywhere you wish at any time. We do NOT CHARGE you for porting away your number, but do notify us that you intend to port your phone number for us to know to stop charging you.
Park My Phone is a great way to save money on your phone bills?
If you just want to give up some of your phone lines but not the phone number or if you are moving to a different city, state, country or going away for a while. After you sign up, we will port your phone number to our system. You can select from different options how to process your call when it comes in; you can just leave an outgoing message or choose to forward your calls to a different number.
