COMMON PROBLEMS
SIMPLE SOLUTIONS

Park My Phone | Number parking phone number without service
Keep Your Phone Number

If you’re hardly using your number, keeping it for your loved ones, or holding onto it for any other reason, there’s no need to pay $40 a month just to keep it active.

With Number Parking, you can hold onto your phone number without an active service for only $3 per month. This makes it an affordable way to keep your number for calls, texts, or important contacts.

Over time, that adds up to significant savings compared to paying for a full plan.

Changing Phone Numbers

We know how important your contacts are. That’s why many people feel stuck with their carrier until everyone has been updated about a new phone number. The truth is, you can never be sure who actually saved your new number.

With Park My Phone, you can park your number and set up a voicemail plan to stay reachable. A custom greeting lets callers know your number is active and, if you want, share your new contact information. Voicemails are sent directly to your email so you can respond at your convenience.

Too Many Phone Numbers

You have your reasons for keeping multiple phone lines whether it’s for work, home, or just keeping life organized. But the common issue with having too many numbers is missing important calls. And missed calls often mean missed opportunities.

Whether it’s your home line, a work number, or even a separate line for personal matters, you can forward everything to your main phone number. This way, you stay reachable without juggling several phones. Getting our call forwarding plan is the best move for you!

Moving or Travelling Overseas

Most carriers make it seem like you need a full $40 plan plus roaming fees just to keep your number active.

You don’t.

With Park My Phone’s WiFi Calling plan, you can keep your number and stay connected wherever you are. Make and receive calls, send and receive texts, and keep the number your loved ones know,  all for only $12 a month. It’s perfect for long trips or relocating overseas.

What Our Customers Say

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I have multiple incoming telephone numbers?

Yes, and you can choose to either receive all the calls on a single telephone, or through a separate telephone for each number. You can even “mix and match.” Just let us know your special needs, and we will do the best to fill your request. Call us at 1-877-727-5698 or chat with us online!

Can I port the number away from Park My Phone?

Yes, this is your number, so you can port it anywhere you wish at any time. You must notify us that you intend to port your phone number in order for us to stop charging you. Please read further for answers regarding payments and refunds.

Is there a minimum period that I must pay? Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. For US numbers parking landline, toll free and cell phone numbers we have a 6 months minimum payment requirement. With faxes and Canadian numbers, this requirement is one year (12 months). However, if you selected the 12 months prepaid discounted offer you will not receive any refund. Porting your number involves both direct expenses and is labor intensive. Your first annual payment will cover the cost of porting your number AND your first 12 months of service. You can port your number away from us any time you choose (after the first 30 days), but this payment is not refundable.

How long does it take to port over a phone? Can you expedite the porting process for me?

For landline numbers, it can take from 1 to 5 business days to port over your number, depending on the details and accuracy of the LNP form you fill out for us. For cell phone numbers, the porting process usually takes 1 to 3 business days, but we offer an Express Porting service to speed up this process to potentially less than 24 (business) hours. Unfortunately for landlines, we cannot control the process and the time it takes to port a number. The losing company obviously does not want to lose a customer and sometimes they make it harder to port a number away from them.
Canadian numbers take longer, unfortunately, due to complications and regulations in Canada. It can take a week or two to port Canadian numbers. We encourage you to contact your representatives to make things a bit easier in your market.
