What is fax line replacement service?

With our Fax Line Replacement service, you can keep using your fax machine with the same fax number, but also with the added ability to send and receive faxes from your e-mail. You can also get copies of the faxes you sent from the fax machine.

How does this service work?

After you sign up with us, we will ship you an adapter. You will plug the box to a power source and connect it to your local computer network. On the other side, you connect the adapter with a standard telephone cable to your fax machine. Once you’re set up, you can move your office to anywhere in the world while still using the same fax number, as long as you have an internet connection. You can decide whether to send faxes from the fax machine or from from your e-mail, or even both. The same with receiving faxes – you can decide to get them on the fax machine only, as an e-mail only (and print only relevant stuff). When sending from the fax machine, you can also choose to get full copies of the documents you send directly to your e-mail address.
